Slow cooked beef is indeed a good choice only taking 1 star off due to sticky toffee was a bit dry and hard other than that great service.

Slow cooked beef was excellent, as were the mashed potatoes, however they had pizza, supposedly Neapolitan, but it didn't have the traditional fluffy edges. Plus there was too much tomato base. It took too long for the staff to notice us and take our order, but they were pleasant on the other hand so we did not mind. A lot of types of draft beer inclusive Camden or Stella.

We had a lovely dining experience at The Space restaurant inside DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport. We ordered the hummus with lamb, Aberdeen Angus burger, and Caesar salad ? everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the hummus was rich and delicious, paired with warm bread.
A special thank you to Finn, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. His excellent assistance made our visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend The Space for anyone looking for a high-quality meal near Edinburgh Airport.

Apparently, even at a hotel restaurant that you?re staying at, you need a reservation. It was ok because we were able to eat in the bar. Side note- there were empty tables before and after we ate there. Who besides the hotel patrons are even eating here? It?s next to the airport.

You'll be better off avoiding this restaurant and just head to the airport for much better food and service.
Restaurant was almost fully empty and yet I was waiting for the worst hamburger I ever had, an hour - shocking.
On top of that - service (can I call it service for what I experienced?), its charge is automatically added to your bill.
Bar area seemed much nice though.

We arrived early on a Monday evening after a long day of travel with a hungry four-year-old, only to be told the restaurant was fully booked?despite being completely empty. I explained that we?d be quick and didn?t think we?d need reservations at an airport hotel, but the hostess was still firm. After some back-and-forth, I finally got someone to begrudgingly agree to let us order food in the bar lounge area. Honestly, that should have been offered right away. That said, the food was good, and everything else about the experience was fine, so I?m only taking off one star.

One of the bad experiences never suggested bad food bad service irresponsible staff never seen bad service like this before spend good money but received a poor management and food never suggested don?t waste your money and time you can see good reviews down me they all are paid they are doing fake reviews please be careful

the aesthetics of the restaurant inside and out, were very welcoming and warm, allowing me to enjoy the environment and feel safe while ordering and eating my food. would definitely recommend if looking for nice scenery to be around
