Very very rude shocking service. I've been there before 6pm. Asked for a Blueberry Bubble FRAPPE for my son (I had it in another costa and it was lovely) but been given Blueberry Burst Bubble TEA instead. People make mistakes I understand that (I eventually took bubble tea just to get home quicker) but it's how they treat customers that's what matters. The young man who worked there not only said he never heard of it but was ready to argue they don't serve frappes with bubbles and was making rude facial expressions to a woman sitting nearby, probably waiting for him. You cannot treat customers like that!. I've seen your pulling faces, you thought I don't see it? And yes you DO have blueberry bubble frape in costa - educate yourself. Saying simple "sorry" would also be nice.

This is one of our local Costa coffee shops. We visit this one on almost every occasion we shop in Tesco which is a lot. Can get pretty busy but the service is pretty good and always friendly. The food and variety of drinks is as good as Costa gets. We love the soft seats and the people watching area on the high balcony.

Ordered a hot chocolate, the server never asked for cream or marshmallows. Got the hot chocolate and asked for cream. So I asked when I was given the hot chocolate for cream.
After about 10 minutes sitting at my table, a server approached me asking me to come up and pay the extra 50p. I said I didn't see why I should because they forgot to offer me. The barista then told me that 'I was the one who didn't ask for it.' I paid the 50p, but didn't see why I should have to get up half way through my coffee to pay extra when it was them who forgot to put it through. Ended up using cash.
