Don?t believe the t-shirts they are wearing. This possibly the worst coffee in Scotland. Not even bad, bad is drinkable. This is liquid ashtray extract.
Update: returned the ashtray extract and got a drinkable cup. So upping to 2 stars from 1

Recently came at this caffe Nero for a Pain au Chocolat and coffee. Service was slow, bad, screwed up our order twice and forgot to do one of our coffee. Location however is right in the terminal. Was perfect while waiting for our flight.

A very popular coffee shop with always a long queue
Personally ordered ?American style and tried 2 snacks, the quality is good
However, due to too many customers, the staff often failed to clean up the garbage and countertops in the store in time, but the staff were still diligent and courteous.
I hope the store can add more manpower to help the store staff
Price for drinks and food is around £10 per person
It?s a good choice to take a rest while waiting for your flight.
The actual experience is 3.5 points, which is deducted for hygiene and convenience because the store clerk is too busy.

Bought coffee and food at counter Sat down and 10 minutes later a member of staff comes along and says "this area is closing" asked can we sit the other side "NO"this is not what you expect from Cafe Nero.and why were we not told while making our purchases. very bad form and extreme rude staff.

Stopped here right before getting on my two day tour of the highlands. They were pretty busy around 8am but I managed to grab a table in their dining room which was perfect since it was raining that day. I ordered a mocha latte and grabbed an egg salad sandwich from their cold case. The barista was super nice and helpful. I originally ordered a macchiato and he asked if what I was looking for the "Starbucks version" or the true Italian version. He explained the difference and that when I decided to play it safe with the mocha latte. Still very different from Starbucks but tasted way better! They had some pastries but wish they had some hot meals as well like quiches or breakfast sandwiches. Overall a great experience.

Super high prices, bad coffee (latte, strange taste, could barely guess it is coffee), fruits: apple tasted as if turning bad, pinapple quite juicy (so good), melon tasteless, mango super hard, only one piece of kiwi. So I went give the fruits backAt least the staff is really nice and helpful. They reimbursed the fruits.
