Absolutely appalled at the staff here! My sister and her 4 children aged from 1-11 had broken down driving from Inverness to Aberdeen. They had to have the police come and move them off the road to safety until the AA came along. The police told her she would be safe to wait at this petrol station. She walked to the petrol station from where her car broke down and was desperate for the toilet. She explained to the person working what had happened and was refused access to a toilet! You should be disgusted!
