On holiday and wandering around Huntly we spotted this butcher shop. We pondered and decided on the rump steak which just happened to be on offer. OMG, I think this is the best steak we've EVER had. Three and a half minutes each side, rest for two ... .. Absolute perfection. I wonder if they'll deliver to Kelso ??
