“Mckenzies has MOT'd and carried out multiple repairs on my VW, every time providing a detailed diagnosis and charging very reasonable prices.I recently had a problem with my car whilst up in Inverness so took it to a VW dealership where I was quoted over £1500 for a list of repairs, the main one being an EGR replacement for which VW said it would cost over £1000 to fix. I wasn't happy with how they inspected the car, nor the price.I drove back to Gartly knowing from past repairs I would get a better inspection and explanation from Mckenzies.Philip took the time to explain how they diagnosed that it definitely was a faulty EGR (valve failure can be down to cheaper repairs e.g. broken sensors).
