I was involved in a car accident back in December where the front side of my Qashqai was damaged. After a lengthy wait (4 months) by my insurance provider, they sent the car here to be repaired. During the whole claiming experience, the only part that met my expectations was when the car was in here with Stan being repaired. He came to my home to assess the damage and arranged recovery of the car, kept me up-to-date with progress while he had the car and was brilliant at the handover of the fixed vehicle. And the car is absolutely perfect, he really did a top top job of repair. I'd not hesitate to use Stan again but I'd avoid using Tesco Car Insurance like the plague!
