“We loved the views from the hotel and the garden where we sat out with a cup of tea in sunshine. The staff we met were very friendly and welcomed our wee dog. The hotel bedrooms have been nicely refurbished and modernised. There is an ongoing program for updating bathrooms and public rooms. However, everything is functioning well and we were very comfortable. No evening meals were available at the time we visited but breakfast was good, hot and served promptly.”

“Ended up running very late (owner) stayed up till midnight to let us in. And also let us stay a lot later than check out because I was waiting for a mechanic. Couldn't have been nicer the young woman who was waiting to clean the room made sure we had everything we needed as we waited. Couldn't have been nicer. Thank you so much Bannockburn inn.”

“Definitely the best prices for a pint! The gents at the bar are great and even as a yank, still had a great time. Would recommend again if you're on the NC 500.
