We sat and chatted with Samantha, going through our preferences.Booked flights for my Mum and Dad from Glasgow to Wellington, NZ with a hotel in Dubai for an overnight layover.Not only did Samantha take time to explain everything to my Mum and Dad, she took care of booking a slot at the passport office, dealt with all visas required and arranged for assistance at the airports. It is these touches that make a difference!Yes I could have saved a little doing it all myself but what a hassle it would have been for us as we don't travel that often. That said the price was very competitive.I have no hesitation in recommending Stewart Travel and in particular their Helensburgh Branch.”
