I have twice used the app to order but nothing is made when I arrived. I then had to queue and wait for food to be made - there is no point in using the app in this store!

If there was an award for the worst subway on the planet- this branch would be the clear winner. The man who works the Saturday shift is single handedly the rudest customer service worker I have ever come across. I went in a few weeks ago about 11am Saturday, he came out and smirked at me as he said he overslept so hasn't put the bread in yet.. come back in an hour. I laughed I thought okay I'll let him off, came back in an hour and he served the people in front of us and ran out of bread again..said we would have to wait 15 minutes. Anyways, got over this and ordered a subway online so I wouldn't have to face his ignorance and bad attitude. First time I put the order in it was rejected, again for no reason... Put it in again and eventually it was accepted. Order came and was missing half the order.. the sandwiches were missing toppings and sauces and about 5 waffle fries came without the sauce. It's like he purposely tried to make the worst sandwich possible to stop us coming back. And it has worked! We are boycotting subway until this man is fired or receives intense training. The amount of money and return customers you are missing out on as you Saturday worker is unpleasant and makes you want to get out the shop ASAP. Final straw is husband had to run to the toilet almost instantly after having the steak sandwich. Cookies also stale, must be yesterday's batch. Never usually write a bad review ever, but this subway has really excelled itself with terribleness I felt I had to warn others off. Avoid at all costs.

The best subway I've had for a long time these guys pack your subway full of ingredients, not a little bit of salad but full on that is what I want from a subway that's my favourite outside food thanks guys

I have terrible experience eating here. My friend rumour that this is operated by Green Brigade and ex professional football players Kevin Tierney.I do not agree with their stance for allowing terrorist group meetings. All I want is some sandwich and glucose not be lectured about politics staff member so rude to my face I couldn?t believe.Shock horror and war zone for all of the participants.

Couldn't believe what I was seeing when I entered Subway in Helensburgh. A dozen or so 10 year olds wearing balaclavas along with a large bald man with bent eyes looking at the pictures in the Beano. They have themed sandwiches which I found distasteful. "Bobby's life saving footlong"and the "Martin's wife's 6inch combo" which was just a baguette untouched with nothing on it. Avoid at 645 on a wed. "Wee were too disappointed"Kid-friendliness: Maybe a little too friendly with children

Having heard that Kieran Tierney had set up a food bank for the Hamas Green Brigade Division, I arrived expecting to be fed but was only met with men arguing over Sevco accounts and throwing metal sharks about. Someone ended up getting hurted.Kid-friendliness: Overly kid friendly

Unexpected visitors needed a quick solution to feed 4. Ordered mixed platter of Vegan and Chicken subs. Went back 2hrs later. All ready. Staff great . Visitor's enjoyed the mix. Thank you Subway Helensburgh
