One of the interior door locks at home broke. I was stuck inside the room alone & the downstairs exterior doors were locked. I contacted Keys Galore & spoke with Brian. He was fantastic in getting the relevant information, as well as a spare exterior key from a third party. He arrived within a reasonable amount of time & was calm & professional in resolving the issue.I would not hesitate in recommending Keys Galore to everyone, in & around Helensburgh.

Our mortice lock was bolted shut and the key was spinning in the lock. Keys Galore came within a few hours and managed to open the lock and replace it. Amazing service thank you

I've used them a few times now for various things. They fixed and replaced a lock on a upvc window that wouldn't open. They also fixed the full locking mechanism and realigned a UPVC door for me and it actually locks better now than what it did when the door was fitted.They're also the cheapest in town for key cutting. Brilliant service all round and very responsive and quick service.

Continual good service from both Brians, great prices and rapid attention.... Timpson want 22 quid for one of those flat keys with the Blue plastic bit.. Keys Galore take £10.00.. Got two of these, and 7 other keys cut for £50.00 be at least 80 quid with Timpson..excellent ?
