“Had my eyes tested in May, got new glasses online, but still couldn't see properly. Suspect optician messed up my prescription in May. Fortunately I was able to return my new glasses for a refund (not their fault...they made them according to my prescription).I decided to have another eye test in Specsavers Helensburgh and order new glasses. Optician confirmed I needed a new prescription. Branch manager Joleen helped me pick new frames (along with my wife / style advisor). I explained to Joleen that I was going abroad in 2 weeks and it would be good to have my new glasses by then. She said she would try to hurry the order.Four days later Joleen called to tell me my glasses were ready. Went in, slight adjustments to frames and they were great.I am very impressed by the friendly, helpful and professional service. Nothing against buying glasses online (done it many times), but in future I'll be sticking with Helensburgh Specsavers as they provided a first class service.”
