No GF food options. Service consistently very slow and dysfunctional. Have been served cold hot chocolates and iced bubble frappes with a spoon instead of a straw.

Costa coffees experience depends completely on the batista. If they love their job, you will taste and enjoy the experience.

Poor customer service, felt like an effort to even be acknowledged at the counter. Didn't ask if we wanted a medium or large so no selling skills. Just poor. Staff training would be a good idea ?

Fast efficient service from friendly staff

Ordered victoria sponge cake along with a frappe and a Latte cost over £16. Staff were very polite unfortunately the cakes were hard and dried out on one side probably due to having been lying out all day.
