The Helensburgh Branch of Bank of Scotland is a small efficiently run bank, on the occasions that I have been there to make a deposit, it has taken less than 15 minutes from the time of entering the premises. The Staff are diligent and quick to offer assistance when required.?????????

Lovely staff always so helpful but what is the point of a physical bank which is always closed. 9-3.15 and closed on a saturday is a total joke, no way I can get into the branch if I work a 9-5. No wonder no one uses banks anymore of the only people who can get in are pensioners.

I would be extremely careful.when depositing money in Payin Machines.I was paying money in when the machine Broke down only paying back part of my money.at Argyle Street Glasgow.Ahmed Manager assured myself the remaining money would be paid in next day .It wasn't.I contacted the Branch and Kirsty called myself back .Kirsty ket saying I cannot hear you ending the call abruptly. I then contacted complaints dept and Nic sent a Text saying he was investigating the Fraudlently issue. Nic did the investigation in a morning.Ahmed Kirsty and Nic Don't seem to know Bank of Scotland mission statement By Your Side They never were.at anytime.They seem to be By Each others side Fraudlently. I had just had Major Brain Surgery Tumour partially removed And had started Chemo Ahmed Kirsty and Nic should realise that not all Disabilities are Visible.Thet are not good Ambassadors representing Bank.of Scotland.They learn to be Assertive and not Aggressive. WILL await reply as someone still has my money Fraudlently Taken.This has caused extreme Anxiety and Stress.Ahmed Kirsty and Nic .Should do more with the Customer. and hopefully The internal Fraudlent Team should investigate this Theft.
