Lovely place for a wander round and the cafe is quite nice .I had chicken and bacon sandwiches which I couldn't finish as they were so full and a piece of toffee cake which I had to bring home . Very nice all round .

Loads of stock in here for the country person..we went for some chick grit and ir is well stocked..only thing we found is that it's expensive but if you have the funds enjoy.

Good food and reasonable prices. Staff working full on. Seems to be a place the local oldies come, so we waited half an hour while they all made up their minds, changed them, discussed what to have, them changed their orders! We're oldies too but were on a long journey and found it a bit frustrating! Worth the wait, if you have the time.

I bought sawdust from here, on emptying one bag out I found a round flat piece of plastic with a thick open staple through it. Was very lucky I noticed it before it done any harm to any of my animals. In the 2nd bag you can see a crisp packet in it. I got in touch with them, sent photo's & requested a refund but didn't hear back from them so after 3 days I made contact again. I was told the store manager was going to get in touch with me. But 7 days on after my initial contact & 4 days on from being told the store manager would contact me - still nothing. Would seem like the customer service is as good as the sawdust .... very very poorIf I could leave a review leaving them no stars I would

Great shopping experience, soup was excellent for lunch with sandwiches made fresh. Would highly recommend this as a stopping place on Neway from or to Stranraer.

Staff all very helpful food is really good only missing the china dishes to off the now they tell us the dish washer is broken down

Called in on my way back from Stranraer as had been before and had a lovely bacon sandwich ?. Had the same today and a coffee , coffee was lovely but bacon sandwich disappointing two tiny pieces of bacon in a huge bun was all bun and no bacon. Hope its better next time !

Ordered soup with bread and it took about half an hour for it to come, other people just coming in were getting served much quicker! I eventually had to go and complain! Also charged £1.80 for a can of Irn bru from a multipack, daylight robbery! Won?t be back in a hurry!

Appalling service - I went on recommendation of a friend with my blind severely disabled husband - when it came to pay it was ?sorry cash only and if you had come the right way into the cafe you would have seen the signs? when your with someone who struggles to actually walk at all you look for the easiest path to where your going not spend time looking to see if your going the right way - will never darken their doors again and from the attitude I doubt if that will bother them - moral of this review is if your disabled give Tarff a big miss. Note I have not carried cash sine the start of the pandemic!
