The website states Monday to Saturday 8am to 12pm. I got there at 10.30 this morning and it was closed. Sign on door says Monday to Friday 8 till 10 and Saturday 8 till 12. This was quite frustrating as I had to take time out of work to pick up a parcel only to find the door locked when I got there. If their new times are 8 till 10 then this needs to be changed on their website?..it?s very misleading

Good for the work they do shame about 8 to 10 for collection a lot of people can't make it for that time please add a couple of hours at the end of the day eg 4 to 6.Royal mail do a good job sorry for those who get the sack when they arrive for work each day.

Small parcel was delivered but would not fit through the mail slot. They left a slip requesting I pick up from the depot. The depot guys were friendly, Fast and efficient. 2 minutes and I was on my way.

The opening hours just now are a joke I have a letter from you saying I have to pay £2 to collect a letter because the postage has not been paid but your only open 2 hours in the morning on 3 days !!!!!! Is this a joke

Not very good lost a lot of letters and didn't get to were they were supposed to get to and out of alot of money due to their lack of delivery
