Everything was shocking tostie wasn't tosted breakfast was cold.excuse for the reason I had waited so long for my tostie.was they had to put it in the oven because the tostie machine wasn't working?shocking all round will not be back x

Honestly, the food in here was DIS-GUS-TING.
The fish in the fish and chips had a weird taste very similar to chicken, the vegan bangers and mash taste like paper and the vegan sausages are absolutely HORRIBLE, they tasted like a ?Hospital?.
£11 for some vomit on a plate, cat food tastes way better.

Food was passable - exactly what you'd expect from a supermarket café - but the service was shocking. Not only wasn't the till working, but the coffee machine wasn't either, and no apologies nor explanations given for either - we were expected to just know about these, presumably, long standing issues. Once we'd navigated the touchscreen system to order our food, no instruction was given from machine or staff as to what to do for the drinks we'd ordered. We opted to help ourselves but saw lots of other customers who were less sure of what to do. When the food arrived, we pointed out an error - we'd substituted and added an item to a breakfast - again there was no apologies or effort to correct this, we were simply told that's what we'd ordered. Being at the end of our tether we decided to just cut our losses and leave it. I've always thought Morrisons was an underrated supermarket, but, at 3.8 stars, the café is hugely over rated.

Very disappointed,this used to be quite a good cafe ,their coffee was lukewarm and tasteless,the bacon roll ,was just cooked and no more.The staff were pretty understaffed but friendly ,I'll think twice about eating there again

The food itself wasn't at all bad, but a shame about the cleanliness! We were in first thing in the morning for breakfast, while waiting on appointments. Ordered our meals with no issues then went to get cutlery... It took quite a bit of searching to find something that looked clean enough to use. May be the dishwasher isn't great, but not a great start. Took a window seat, and the table and sill were thick with crumbs! Obviously the meals were on the table, not the sills, but seeing such a lack of cleaning doesn't look good or inspire confidence. For this to be first thing in the morning, I feel there is no excuse. The food was fine though, and service too. If they could just improve cleanliness it would be a huge improvement.

So disappointing as we are massive fans of a Morrison?s breakfast, and this being our first visit to this particular cafe, we expected a lot more. I think they were understaffed on the day as things were a bit frantic. There was no-one consistently manning the till and incidentally, this was causing customers to leave. I then ended up getting charged for a tray that was abandoned, then when my order was recalculated I was overcharged (for a second time). Another couple of things - the Coffee machine needs to be positioned away from the queue. Secondly, I think you should be allowed to fill your mug when your food arrives - my Cappuccino was finished ten minutes beforehand. All of that aside and on a positive note, the staff really did try as best they could. The meal itself was good and the kids loved their snack packs. The ?decorate yourself? Gingerbread Men were a nice touch. And, as value for money goes, it?s an economical family meal out.

Don?t know what happens to this place. Last visit was unbelievable bad . When preparing food in full few cleanliness should be paramount prep area and staff overalls left a lot to be desired. I realise a lot of food is prepared but it could be kept behind the scenes the prepping and microwaving part doesn?t fill you with much confidence having to watch it ,coffee machine could do to be a bit hotter. Full marks to the young girl on the till who kept her cool in the shambles that was taking place behind her.

Friendly staff, no quibble at all when we wanted to switch table to outside. Good value and quality. Experience differs greatly to the poor reviews I've seen here. Cleanliness improvement of indoor tables would deliver a 5 star review.

Went in for brekkie the hubby ordered the ultimate and I ordered the big breakfast.. he asked if he could have a couple of things removed and have fried bread in their place to be told no he could remove things but would have to pay to replace.. food came looked OK but he was then told there was no black pudding so they gave him an extra sausage and something else didn't hear what she mumbled .. so when it suits things can be replaced think they should of come over and asked tho what he wanted extra of ... but our bacon was stone cold and hardly cooked so that got left .. infact the whole thing wasn't great ...won't bother again
