Absolutely shocking service! 15 minute wait no movement in the que, 1 person on the till running around during breakfast period while the rest hide through the back! No help..... so looks like Costa will be getting my service from now on in hawick! The Hawick greggs let's all the other greggs down!

The pathetic inner workings have removed the cold bags from "To good to Go", even though food is available, they are a bad practice, quality as dropped. AVOID. Not worth the bother of support
