I?ve used the Timpsons on Quarry street Hamilton a number of times and always to fabulous effect . Popped in yesterday to get a job done and Davie / helpful as ever - was able to fix my issue in minutes all whilst having a friendly chat too . He?s a credit to the store and the Timpsons ethos and I hope those who monitor these kind of things appreciate the value Davie brings to their store

Shop says it shuts at 5. Had a go at me for walking in at 330pm. Didn't say hello, didn't even ask what I was looking for. Just went straight to dumping all his frustration on me. Only came in to get the links on my new watch adjusted. Taking my business elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour.

David helped replaced a rivet on my broken Birkenstocks, done straight away, and he even gave them a little polish for me. Great service, lovely bloke, and even better, he did it for me for free!! Couldn?t recommend him any more highly. Thanks David!!

Did a excellent job on checking my watch to see if the seals needed changing when I took the watch in for a battery replacement and had the watch strap altered. This is the only place to go as the one round the corner as closed down.

Very rude staff member wouldn?t let me explain what I was asking which was just a simple enquiry, kept jumping down my throat quite aggressively so I just left with my son. We were quite shocked as we left.He was also complaining he can?t get out for a smoke because people keep coming into the shop. Horrible attitude. 9/7/22
