Although it is called tile giant it was anything but that when I walked through their shop.By the looks of their selection it is more focused on business rather than domestic customers.I suppose that is where the money comes from in big sales.It seems they are not interested in a customer trying to get wall tiles for a kitchen.

Visited today and was so impressed by PAUL who has the patience of a saint whilst we dithered over what tiles to choose, however, in the end we mnaged to pick up tiles that were in stock for an excellent price,PAUL checked out our measurements and pointed us in the right direction and not only took our order for the tiles and grout etc., he took them to our car and loaded them in himself..very, very sastisfied .. We will definitely be back..well done Paul!

Visit Sunday morning - 24/10/2021. Ian and the other other member of staff were very helpful. I needed advice on what to use for waterproofing my shower enclosure and he provided me with all the equipment necessary. Thanks very much! Also bought our tiles from here last week and the staff are as friendly as it gets! 100% will be using Tile Giant in the future for all my bathroom services. Thanks Ian.

I have visited your store to get inspiration forMy next kitchen floor and wall, Ian who approached us to ask if we need help was wonderful and happy to help, he went out of his way to help us to pick the best tiles for the floor as well as he organised a sample tile for us from another store so we can take to the kitchen shop to ensure it matches perfectly.For Ian nothing was too much trouble and he is definitely great addition to your business.

Ian M very helpful and considerate. Speedy refund transaction for your head office to process for returned tiles. Thanks for carrying heavy items to and from car.Previous visits were not so smooth due to your system requiring invoices and dates to track purchases. This could be improved as it could mean you loose custom.Thanks again
