The Mortgage Exchange is a fabulous company. I have now used them on 2 seperate occassions and the service provided by David and the team is amazing. They are good at giving you all the right information to guide you to what is the right choice for you and your financial situation. They are so easy to contact and communicate with and make you feel so at ease with the whole process. I used another company initially and they took so long to even gather basic information 4 weeks in and still not at point of agreeing nxt steps. With The Mortgage Exchange in 72hrs and David and his team had me fully informed about what was avaliable to me and what were my best options. Then all details and forms signed and I have got what I need and what I want. Honestly cannot recommend this team enough they are truly amazing please give them a try.

I was dealing with the mortgage exchange since the start of July until last week. The service they provide compared to the fees they charge are ridiculous. Poor communication I had to chase them on multiple occasions for an update. I emailed them with a complaint last week which they didn?t have the decency to reply with an explanation on why after roughly 12 weeks I was still chasing them for an update. Now I?ll have to waste my time even more to find another broker.
