Went here last night for an ?Only Accies? event and I had a wonderful evening. The staff were very friendly as well. Would definitely come back again if there is an other Accies event!

I?m just sorry I didn?t think to take photos. I have no expectations, I paid for basic and do believe you get what you pay for.But? furniture broken, toilet seat broken and general run down is just substandard.Manager was civil enough so I won?t go into an attack.Just super disappointed and just didn?t understand the whole set up. I genuinely don?t understand why anyone would stay here. You will NOT sleep.My husband and I booked to use up a voucher and thought we would just stay here to accommodate a night out.We went home? I don?t live in a hovel. It?s a big no from us !!!

DO NOT BOOK! very noisy to the extreme the glass shakes in the window. The rooms are above a pub that hosts karaoke nights until 1am. The owners were not helpful at all with check in, they didn't even tell us where the entrance was (it's not inside the pub door). The check in was across a busy duel carriage way where we had to carry luggage at walk our dog across, no crossings or traffic lights available. All in all HORRIBLE!

Decor out of date, Dirty looking carpet, all the way through. Shower , didn't produce enough pressure for water , beds uncomfortable. Personally I would not even give it a 1 star. G.Small.

So we booked rooms above The Bay Horse for a Monday and Tuesday. The rooms dont actually belong to the pub but the Spice Restaurant across the road where you get the keys and park your car. There was no breakfast at the pub or food till the weekend, so good job we had family here. Currently listening to rap music from the pub below, currently 11.30pm, so much for a good nights sleep. Wont be staying here again. Good job our border terrier is not faised by the pounding music or it could have been a different matter this time of night.

be warned, you get what you pay for.rooms are right above a bar, which plays karaoke until 1:00, and it's as if you're in there with them. the floor literally vibrates along with the songs. currently enjoying teenage dirtbag, next up the spice girls :|room smelled like someone smoked an entire carton in there just before we came.rooms are large with cheap wonky furniture and bathroom is also large and clean.

Beds and rooms are ok. We reserved two rooms, one of them smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in there. Smell came out of the bathroom so nothing could be fixed with opening a window.Hotel is above a pub, which is open untill 1 a.m. In weekends they have karaoke, so you will not get any sleep or rest after closing hours of the pub.

Convenient, spotlessly clean and cheap. We parked across the road behind Spice Restaurant. The hotel is just a short walk away from restaurants in Cadzow Street. It is also near Hamilton West station and frequent trains to Glasgow. Slept like a log, lulled by hum of traffic on Bothwell Road.

We have stayed here for 3 days with my 2 large dogs. Absolutely fantastic service they made sure we had everything we need. We haven't got charged for having dogs in room as every other accommodation near by. Rooms was spacious and clean. Unfortunately accommodation is located next to very busy road but we didn't have any problem at all to get to it with to large dogs on leads pulling you around. In room you didn't hear busy road as they had great windows and noise from below pub was barely any also we were so tired everyday that we fell asleep straight away. Parking is free another bonus but it's across that busy road behind indian restaurant opposite Bay Horse. This parking is secure with plenty of spaces. Definitely hotel to recommend for travellers with dogs as there are 2 beautiful parks near by in 5 minutes walking distance. Overall we had a great stay there and we will come back again.Walkability: Not far from car park and close to 2 beautiful parks in 5 minutes walking distance to walk your dogs.
