The place is absolutely disgusting as the floors and some table plus where the self service sugar and spoons table is filled with dirty cups and napkins. There manager should be ashamed of there self with the state of the place for cleanliness

Had been buying several drinks over a couple of hours because I was there to study and had a bag of Mcdonald?s on the table as I had chips though I wasn?t actively eating them (I had kept them in the bag to have later). Worker (name tag said Eilidh) came over- said I couldn?t be eating Mcdonald?s in here without buying drinks but I had several empty cups next to me and was waiting on a mobile order. I had no time to reply after she approached, aggressively (and wrongly) berated me and didn?t let me explain myself before walking off. I understand if I had solely came in to eat the Mcdonald?s but as I had been regularly purchasing drinks I had every right to be sat there and I wasn?t ?taking seats away from other customers? as I was a customer myself. Not to mention that I had to clean the table myself before sitting, drink service was EXTREMELY slow and customer service was pretty horrific, my friends drink was completely watered down and had weird things floating in it and when a drink was spilled no workers came to help clean it. I am a daily customer at this Starbucks and can appreciate service is usually slow and staff tend to be easily irritated but this situation was completely unnecessary and avoidable.

Horrendous. I called them up asking a simple question, ?hey, do you guys do any Christmas drinks? and the rude disrespectful worker hung up on me. I will not be buying from this place again ever again!!!!!!

Workers worship at the alter of the drive-through. Que is always unbearably long while some1 orders a pumpkin spice Smackacino. So, head inside. That'll work wont it? Nope, take ur order and £ then almost forget u exist, just until the car u seen infront of u as u pulled in has been served. Complete

Come here quite alot drive through is good no issues however I'd say 3 out of the last 5 times I've went into the shop they have got my order wrong most recently ordered two large lattes waited almost half an hour and ended up leaving with to medium and a voucher for one free coffee for my inconvenience.

Staff were a bit chaotic. Guy on the till wasn?t really listening to anyone?s order and lots of peoples orders ended up being wrong. The wrong milk was in my coffee. Customer service was poor.

- A nice branch of Starbucks with quite a range of food and products.- Some staff were very friendly but some seemed busy with chatting.- Wanted to have my drinks in ceramic cup/mug but got it in a takeaway paper cup. Other than that, it was great.- Spacious branch so it is nice to chill out here.

ordered a middle size matcha green tea latte about 10mins ago, cost £5.05, feels funny (so light)when I took it over, opened it in the office, there only half cup!!! £5.05 for half cup of latte.
