I always use them and tip all the time. However, they didn't wash my car properly leaving soap on it and alloys looking worse. To add, they stole my BMW bonnet badge. Removed during the wash, I quickly checked soon as I left like I always do. I have all the evidence!

No messing about. I pulled up and two men approached my car, asked me what I wanted and They went ahead and gave my car a thorough cleaning. They worked non stop and did a great job.
