Recently got new varifocals at the Hamilton branch. Eye test was very thorough and all the staff were lovely. I had a bit of a hard time adapting to my new prescription and had to go back for advice. I'm so grateful for Emma - she was very helpful, patient and understanding. I have ADHD and Anxiety Disorder and was really struggling. But Emma took loads of time with me, finding the best solution for me. Nothing was a problem for her. Thanks so much!

Worst experience.Have been going here for years - and I?ll never return after today.Gave me the wrong prescription, went back to get them fixed and the staff were very rude and unprofessional.Staff are very clique-y .Didn?t do my eye test correctly, and didn?t do the air pressure test which I always get.Decided I wanted a refund instead - tried to refund me less than what I originally paid for the glasses.Had to pull up my bank statements as they had no record/receipts for this second error.This is all very unprofessional and very tasteless.Can?t believe the lack of customer care and the way the girls were drawing eyes at me and eye contact at each other as if my concerns were too much hassle.Will be searching for a new opticians, specsavers has went downhill.
