Nice shopping experience

Regularly use this Sainsbury's for home delivery and have never had a problem up until now.
My shopping was due to come between half 5 and half 6 and didnt arrive. I had to call the call centre twice to find out what the problem was and after they had called the store the rep told me my order won't be delivered as there was a problem with the driver. No one from the store had called customers waiting on deliveries to let them know, this is very poor customer service given that the store could have informed me of this with more notice, my phone number is on the receipt incase of an issue like this. Really disappointing after having a good experience before, won't be ordering deliveries from here again.

New self service tills no longer have add your own bag so you need to wait for staff, with 1 person for all the tills it took ages. Won't be going back.
