Was in today with gold 57 gram 9k and was offered £800 told them just to give me it back and then manager took over offered £1400 still said no ended up with £1600 from them so be careful if you don't know what to ask for.

Went in to set up a multicurrency card. Neglected to tell me that the online rate was better online on the app. I hope you enjoy the £135 you scammed off of me. Word of warning. GET THE MINIMUM AMMOUNT WHEN SETTING UP! They certainly won't tell you.

A massive massive thank you to Christine and Laura in the store who with 10 minutes to go of the working day sorted me an emergency currency card for my holiday in 3 days time. We went to Ramsden's Hamilton on 11 th July 2024 to purchase Turkish Lira for our holiday to Kusadasi. We were greeted by a smiling assistant called Christine who dealt with our request in a very helpful, courteous and professional manner. I would certainly recommend the Hamilton store to friends and family

Hamilton BID is a private company who try and enforce a yearly bill of £250 ! Offering very little to no help. Even small businesses just starting out are being bullied into this scam ! Shocking !

You should register with Ramsdens online before you exchange your money here to get a better price, especially with a large amount of money. If you exchange $100 or â?¬100, it's not a matter because the difference is not much but $1000 or above it will a big difference.
