I had such a great experience at this game shop! The staff were super friendly and really knew their stuff?they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even gave me a few great recommendations I wouldn?t have thought of. The selection is amazing, from the newest releases to classic titles, and everything is well-organized so it?s easy to browse. Prices are fair, and they even have some cool deals on pre-owned games. The atmosphere is welcoming too?it feels like a place where gamers of all ages can hang out. Definitely my new go-to spot for games and accessories!Khan

I put my playstation 5 in for them to look at as it had been switching itself off. This was due to overheating. The guys at Game XP professionally cleaned my PS5 and advised me that the heat sink on my SSD was installed incorrectly , they fixed this for me. Since it has been cleaned my PS5 has not switched off. Great job!

I took two PS5 controllers in for repair (one with stick drift and the other only had the trigger buttons working) and had them both back working perfectly the same day. Good service.

So came to this shop to get my ps5 fixed it was overheating and the person told me what the problem was then they fixed it a day later and after that my ps5 was broken with a different problem and I went back to the shop and the person fixed it again with a cheaper price so I would recommend this place for people with console problems or just wanting to have a look around the shop for gaming items staff where amazing help would recommend to anyone

Got my ps4 repaired as wasn't reading discs they kept me informed with the repair and was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend as customer service is excellent ?

Took my sons OLED Switch to the guys at Game XP and had the pleasure of dealing with Christian (apologies if I?ve spelled that wrong). The Switch wasn?t charging, so Christian took it apart, diagnosed the fault and fixed it at an unbelievably reasonable cost. I also told Christian that I have a hobby of taking old and retro consoles apart and trying to clean and fix them, so he even threw me in a free tube of thermal paste. Top guy, top service, very honest and very reliable. Will use these guys again.
