As not very up to date on latest technology. I had a very patient young man serve me. He was polite and explained everything in easy to understand terms. There was no pressure to buy. It was excellent customer service.

Had problems with a phone order and wasn't getting anywhere with 02 customer services. Went into the shop, and although it wasn't their problem, or mistake to fix, Linzi and Kirsty both went above and beyond to sort me out. Should be 2 valued members of staff. Thank you so much girls, it's very much appreciated. No more phone orders for me, will definitely be going back to the shop!. So friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Disappointed not to be able to contact store by phone. ( after all its a phone shop)All numbers on line do not work or are outdated, so very frustrating .My father who is in his 80s has struggled to use the service, and given up ??We need to remember the generation who grew up long before mobile phones , luckily he is able to use his but not navigate the changes ......
