NHS or NDCS should regularly check young patients hearing aids settings if they attend this practice. Children’s ability to hear is in their hands. Some audiologists don’t seem to be doing their best to help.

It’s dreadful having have to attend this practice, either the audiologists aren’t experienced enough or they aren’t keen to get things right. NHS needs to work harder.

This used to be my audiology when I lived in Hamilton for a very long time and whilst I can't remember the names of my audiologist I remember having a wonderful experience here.
