I needed a long sleeve t-shirt but couldn?t find any in the store. I asked Ashleigh from Menswear, and she kindly offered to check the stockroom. Fortunately, they had one, and she did a fantastic job finding it. Thank you, Ashleigh!

Great store selling good quality, well designed clothing and household items. Well laid out. Helpful staff and quick service. Good proximity to other shops such as Boots, Asda, Aldi, Home Bargains etc.

NeXT Hamilton is a total joke. Went to collect an online order put in collection details into self service collection. Everyone else revert their order. Approached the assistant who was handling orders to advise I had not received my parcel who was quick to advise she was busy , her colleague advised she would help then again helped someone else and totally ignored the situation. Bought what I needed an complained about my current situation and was told to calm down after waiting over 25 minutes that I had upset members of staff ? stuff the incompetent staff I still am without my parcel total joke

Shopped instore on Saturday 20th July. Was assisted by a lovely staff member Carly, gorgeous curls. Carly was really knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind. All done with a smile. I really appreciated her help. Other staff in gents department were also really helpful.

I was in today getting some clothes and witnessed the store manager Carly her name was, raising her voice at one of the staff members I was appalled and the poor boy looked mortified, to shout like that infront of customers is very unprofessional !!

GONKS! The festive season has brought a fun and festive touch to Next's Homewares department with the addition of Gonks and Hamish the Cow. These cute decorations are sure to bring a smile to anyone's face.However, where Next falls short is in their clothing department. The prices tend to be on the high side and the selection for regular fit clothing in the Men's department is limited, with most options being slim fit. Additionally, the clothing options available are often quite plain and lacking in creativity.

"Sir I can assure you your items are not in this store"I said ---I can assure you customer service staff have said it is and it is in the crate with the big yellow stickersAnother staff member overheard and went and retrieved my parcelNo sign from the girl that I was on the earth , just handed me over the yellow stickers parcel and looked awayGirl at till was convinced I was wrong , but assuredly I was ?% correct . Real staff listening skills required instead of staring at a screen and blanking the customer..... and this a 24hours after being assured my order would be in the storeStore staff meh!!!Customer service staff amazingThe big reveal came when I got home and opened the box" wrong size of item that I'd ordered "Laugh ? I nearly peed myself with the incompetent overall Next experienceNever again....

I visited the Hamilton store today to pick up a parcel having received an email advising it was ready for collection. There was a problem with the order and 'Katie' who was assisting me went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Excellent customer care, well done Katie
