Karen was an absolute nightmare to deal with. My young son politely went up and asked where he could find a barcode for a ball, and her response was simply, ?No idea,? before turning around and walking off without even attempting to help.
I decided to approach her myself, hoping for a better response, but she told me, ?I can?t do anything, no one can,? in a dismissive tone. No effort, no alternatives, just complete indifference.
Then, when my partner mentioned that she would be leaving a review about the lack of customer service, Karen suddenly could help us after all. So apparently, assistance was possible ? just not until she realised her behaviour might be reported.
It?s completely unacceptable for a staff member to treat customers this way, especially children, and to only offer help when threatened with a bad review.

It?s alright, but it was very quiet when I visited late on a Monday afternoon. The large car park has always been only partially filled any time I?ve been here so finding a space away from other cars isn?t an issue. The store not only sells food and drink but clothes, housewares, towels etc. Some of the shelves were rather low on stock however personally I only came in to see what they had on special offer on wine as I?ve found Morrisons to be the best at offering good discounts.

Once again to the staff member who packed our items for click and collect. You didn't tell us a bolagnese foil wrapper was open.Some items in the food order were damaged. Who does the packing someone isnt doing their job properly. One bolognase meal with loose damaged foil and spilage inside other food items. The packing of some items were least to be desired. Very Disappointed in morrisons right now. Avoid at all costs. Not even 2nd rate company at the moment. For a female i can be a right Brian G at times.
