The staff at Kwik-Fit in Hamilton were very responsive to our request for a replacement front nearside tyre which had been damaged beyond repair. This occurred whilst in Innerleithen. On our way home to Glasgow a phone call to the Hamilton branch was successful on making an appointment to change the burst tyre. Thank you to the Hamilton branch of Kwik-Fit

Would be great if you could actually get someone to answer the phones in that place tried solid for 4 hours just constantly ringing out then when you pop in to the shop they say there's always someone next to the phone

I came here to have 3 tyres fitted which I had bought through the website after being told 3 required replacing by the manufacturer during service. Thanks to Josh, Wesley and their colleague who advised me I only required 2 tyres and saved me money. Honest, friendly service much appreciated and sadly a rarity these days!

Absolutely brilliant. Came into Kwik fit very concerned that a car I just bought wouldn't make my 5 hour drive home, everyone was so helpful, Blake checked my wheel which had a rattle and put my car on the ramp to check it was safe and showed me the underside so I could have a look too. Can't thank Blake enough, really really appreciate the care and such amazing service! Couldn't recommend enough, absolutely saved me. Thanks so much

After having a really bad experience with Kwik Fit East Kilbride, I stopped off at the Hamilton branch on route home, explained my situation,to member of staff, brake warning light, mechnic was about to leave for his half day, but kindly said he would take a quick look at vehicle for me.Took my disabled son out off Vehicle, sat in waiting room when the mechanic & manager came across and advised me not to drive vehicle away.Brake cable could have snapped at any point.They let me stay for as long as needed to get myself & son sorted out, family member to come empty the van, belongs & equipment.Gary as been in touch keeping me updated about the vehicle. Upstand Kwik Fit often get bad press,But I can honestly say this branch could have saved our life's that day, who knows what could have happened if brake line had snapped.Can not express our thanks to Gary & his team, above & beyond customer service ?
