I've been in plenty of times but was in today in the Hamilton store to pick up something for my daughter the staff member called RHONA was so helpful and chatty felt as if we could've spoke for hours so friendly will definitely be back again

Went into Hamilton store to pick up my order and explained I couldn?t find online where the discount code could be entered the manageress was very unhelpful and would not even attempt to reimburse me the 20% discount. As far as she was concerned it was my own fault for not finding it so that was it. Bad customer service. Obviously I won?t be back
