Cancelled my online order an hour after placing, no contact, explanation or refund given. Your live chat agent was dismissive & rude (Shivam). Had to chase the refund myself through PayPal. Went to the Hamilton store the following morning, explained what had happened & ordered them in-store, who advised they'd be available to collect on 22nd July & assured me someone would contact me when they were ready to collect. No-one bothered to contact me & yet again your customer service team were useless. Went to the store to see if they were in & they were there. On asking the young lassie why no-one has been in touch she said she didn't know anything about it and wasn't interested in helping any further. To say your customer service standards are non-existent is an understatement. Will never use your click & collect service again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Rude staff and they cannot fit a reg plate to the car even if there is 2 drilled holes already !! It?s called a fitting service they can?t comprehend drilling through a number plate to match up the holes ! A joke !!! So they wanted to charge me fitting for the guy to stick it on ?? Demanded a refund for fitting which I got
Guy that made the plate at the service counter was lovely but the girl at front disk needs a lesson on how to speak to people, she was very rude and abrupt when I asked a simple question ?
Maybe not her fault maybe she was hangry !!
Will not be back to the Hamilton branch . They need some adults that maybe know how to do the jobs !

Chip repair was done but below the standard I would have expected. Also no footwell paper protection used while inside the car and car seat was left at the very extent of its retraction. Staff were friendly especially Cat but was disappointed with quality of the repair.
