I regularly go there and I'm a fan of their jelly donuts and steak bake.
I also recommend their Mexican sandwich, very tasty ?

Did not have what i wanted staff said they could make me up the sandwich i had selected.
Girl on the till chatted away while I was waiting on my order.

Store was always spotless and service was always fast but since Lauren left for another branch it seems to have slipped away a bit not as slick in the running and some small finer details have slipped but they should be able to turn it around

It's not bad if you're in a rush. Don't expect service with a smile, Greggs doesn't do that.

Gutted. I?m type 1 diabetic and pregnant and ordered a cake to cheer myself up- one with the sugar content I?m allowed. They?ve just picked up any random item and flung it in the bag. Ordered through just eat so I got a refund and binned the cake I?m not allowed but it doesn?t cover the delivery fee paid for the wrong item.

The staff are always friendly
Kid-friendliness: The staff always speak to my daughter's when we go in.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking can be an issue but the entrance is wheelchair friendly

Today I ordered a Greggs, I paid for a chilli sauce and they didn't have any, instead of just not putting it in the bag they gave me one of every sauce and wrote an apology on the bag. Just show's how people can go above and beyond to provide great customer service, thank you x
