Great company, excellent communication. I was contacted by the company prior delivery to confirm the day and the time. On the day, I was contacted again by the drivers/assemblers that they will be within an hour. Wardrobe was assembled straight away in less than an hour. Will be using again.

The wardbrobe i had was fab. But the bed is an absolute disgrace. It looks good but is not very string at all. Even the wood used on the side can be pushed in. They missed out stuff so had to call them for extra bits 3 times. Terrible experience

This is a store that's meant to be professional everyone I advise strongly not to buy anything from them they have mis sold me a wardrobe that had number of items missing screws etc i spoke to the manerger called James he's abusive lies to customers I wanted to purchase 15 plus items for my new shop so I tried buy 1 item to see how it is mis sold the manerger contacted me via email swearing abusive language lieing refusing to refund me if you guys wana chase around waste your time go for it purchase items my strong advise is don't bother buying anything they should be shut down cos they rip off customers I had my colleagues with tha same issue I think the manerger is usually drunk when he's working if you don't believe my words read below other reviews the 5 star ones are a lie scam to confuse people they put it up themselfs

I ve ordered a wardrobe 11 of December cause i hoped i ve got this item before Xmas. After 1 week i haven't received any mail or text about the delivery date or anything so i ve sent an email to ask about it. They promised i ll get on the first weekend after Xmas. But on the weekend nobody called me nobody let me know where our paid item is we haven't got any information. After the weekend also nobody send me any message what happened,sorry about that etc...I ve sent them a message AGAIN and i ve asked my money back asap because of this awful service.After this i ve got a message " the driver wasn't on my area on that weekend they ll ask when he will ."Scandalous!!!I have asked my money back, they try to keep it meanwhile i haven't got the paid item still today and nobody say so sorry or anything.Obviously as they don't wanna send my money back i get in touch with my lower.

Despite some issues arising as a result of the courier, I found Freedom Homestores to be more than helpful, courteous, efficient and understanding. Despatch time was immediate and problems that were independent of them, were addressed speedily. Thank you all in all. Plus, great products and discount prices.

Purchased large oak wardrobe, company arranged for someone to deliver and build the wardrobe for me, arrived less than a week after ordering and was built at the same time, builder was in and out in an hour, very competent, cleaned up all packaging and was very friendly, would highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY!! These are robbers!! There items are cheap rubbish that does not fit together properly and is a total waste of your time and money!!! Then they refuse you a refund for damaged items and lie about the proof you send them! Absolute joke of a company!!??????????????

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would!! Shocking customer service. I ordered an item which was to be delivered today by their delivery company XDP. I had a slot of 08:52 & 10:57 for delivery. At 1pm no sign so contacted XDP who claims that although the driver has a house name, City, postcode and a contact number with a mobile for him to call on in his van he failed to deliver because he had an incomplete address! Having initially spoken to Freedom Homestores the first advisor verified the address and said he would contact XDP immediately as this was not acceptable. I also contacted the delivery depot who said he would get the driver to return. Waited at home until 5pm still nothing Phoned Freedom Homestores again and spoke to James who is apparently their account manager - his attitude was appalling nothing like the previous advisor (although he didn't do as he promised to get the item delivered today, neither did he bother to contact me to tell me it wasn't coming) He claimed the reason they did not deliver was as above and when I explained to him 2 other parcel companies delivered today with exact same details he claimed that I was in his words "on cloud cuckoo land darling" a postcode and house name is not an address!! I asked for a refund and although the item is with an incompetent company they chose for delivery I have to wait for my money back until the item is back with Freedom Homestores. Completely rubbish company and the fact they have one 5star rating has to be someone within the company reviewing them. If this is the way they treat customers - it's like a shoddy backstreet company! Don't waste your time with this store... also google reviews for their delivery company!!!
