Was not impressed with the time slot given felt rushed food wasn?t very hot and when asked if we wanted dessert with 8 minutes left of our slot asked if we had time to eat and was told we didn?t have time and it would be boxed up to take home £5.25 for red velvet cookie dough slopped in a box with no ice cream as advised on the menu had to ask for it worst meal out and won?t be back!

Lovely greeting at the door from Karolina. Ordered food for collection. Very friendly service, restaurant very clean, staff lovely, food very quick and enjoyable. Will definitely visit again!!!!

Recently visited Frankie and Benny?s in Hamilton and just wanted to leave feedback on the great help of the waitress Ellie!! Absolutely brilliant, such a bubbly character! Was great help when helping me decide on vegan food choices speaking with the chef to ensure an adaption could be made to an order which seemed like no bother at all to her :) Thank you so much. The atmosphere was great considering Covid times. Hopefully be back soon! Very impressed with the vegan menu choices considering it?s a limited menu - thank you ?

Jenny, our server for today provided amazing banter, detailed info on the menu due to covid etc and was so happy and joyous. She is an asset to the company and I LOVE her red hair! Keep up the amazing work Jenny! X

Myself and my boyfriend love frankie and bennys we go here a lot for date nights , The Hamilton one in particular is our favourite as the staff are always lovely and the food is always good , highly recommend .

Nice attentive friendly service but the penne Arrabiata was overcooked and had a weird texture and the sauce was plainly factory produced and out of a tin. Dough balls and garlic bread were underdone. Given the number of good small Italian restaurants within a stone?s throw where you will get food prepared from fresh, won?t be back.

A treat for my other halfs Birthday and we had a group on voucher, we were promptly seated and served, our order taken and the food was within a few minutes. Thoroughly enjoyable, we had the house burger and we topped it off with cheesecake and I would recommend the toblerone cheesecake it was superb, my wife had the New York cheesecake and she raved about it. Staff and service spot on and a nice relaxing dining experience.

I was served by the lovely Gaska in F&B Hamilton. Her smile and service was absolutely fantastic. I've had a tough week and without even being aware of this Gaska went above and beyond in assisting me and making me comfortable. F&B are lucky to have her! Thank you!

Had there supper deal pizza and 3 pasta dishes to share for £24.99. Excellent value, and a great way to try dishes. Food was tasty and the service excellent.

Now dont get me wrong I used to love a frankie&Benny's but past few times I have been in its absolutely horrible. Grill clearly hasn't been cleaned one time I was in. Next time hot dog bun was solid. You could have used it as a baseball bat. Cola didn't taste like cola more like fizzy water. Chips were cold one time. And another I swear they made it forgot we were in and quickly threw it in microwave. My love for the place is gone now
