Bogdan helped my partner and I today and we were beyond happy with the service we received. He was extremely helpful and courteous, and his ability to keep a casual conversation going put us at ease. He explained the process well and made sure we knew exactly which notes we could have in the exchange for easy transactions when in a different country. Excellent experience!

Went to cash in traveller's cheques l found which were over 10 years old. Colin was very professional and very helpful. He let me know what had to be done as traveller's cheques are a thing of the past. Excellent service and will use them getting currency in the future.

Having used Eurochange many times before, this was the first time that I have used the Hamilton branch. I was served by an extremely helpful and courteous young lady who explained the options to me. I will be using this branch from now on. Worthy of its 5* rating all day long!
