My review to be honest there is no words to use the attention I received from Rachel.T. was outstanding fantastic customer service.When I needed my various lenses I went to the fort picked my frame paid £256 deposit when I went to pick them up I did not even try them on there was nothing in the lenses that I ordered I wanted the blue tint I told them I wanted my money back the three employees were nothing more than ignorant.I had to go back the next day to see the male I think was in charged even he sat and tried to tell me that they were Varilux (lies)I asked to see the certificate and he handed me a small square information sheet I still am disgusted that he said it was the certificate ,after 30 minutes I told him I wanted my money back the tint was a rose colour eventually I got my £256 back and I told him that he knew he was lying. Anyway went to Boots Opticians in Hamilton the lady Rachel T. I can not praise her the attention 100% told her what I wanted so I was very pleased that she knew what I wanted she helped me to pick my frame her knowledge with the frames again was outstanding a few days later Rachel.T. called me to let me know my glasses were ready when I went to pick them up YIPEE they were exactly what I wanted and also the certificate to verify they were Varilux.What a delight it was to receive the attention and knowledge from this lady it is very rare these days to find someone who actually helps the customer again I can not express my delight and respect I will now use boots opticians Hamilton and will always look for Rachel.T. to help me. Thank You Rachel.T. for everything you made my day and thank you for your honesty and attention you gave me I would recommend this lovely lady to anyone who needs an optician .

Suzie was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She took time to help me find glasses that suited me and explained all the processes from first walking in to picking lenses.
The optician (can?t remember her name, sorry) was also friendly, knowledgeable and explained the test and my prescription fully. The interactions I had with the other members of the team were also good, they were all very friendly. Thanks all! I would highly recommend Boots Opticians Hamilton

All staff are lovely and welcoming. Colin the optometrist was very comprehensive in his advice. Even though it was approaching closing time, I never felt rushed. All tests were thoroughly undertaken and explained. A very pleasant experience and incredible value for money, for what was a very advanced eye test including a scan. Would recommend.
