Ordered a parcel 1 week ago and I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered to store , called store numerous times and they said they haven't received anything. Absolutely terrible service no one was willing to do anything and the hoops you have to jump through just to get a refund it is all a joke basically we don't have it so tough that was the attitude at the hamilton branch. No on was willing to check anything or go above and beyond for the customer. What they don't understand is that your money pays for these items and they can't even be bothered to deliver them. I am still waiting on a text message

This is by far the most disorganized pharmacy I've ever visited. There seems to be no efficient system in place?during my visit, the queue stretched out the door because a single customer was engaged in a lengthy discussion with the counter staff, while no one stepped in to assist other waiting customers. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue for a long time. The constant delays (often 12-15 minutes just to make a simple purchase) must be costing the business significant lost sales, as customers can't quickly pop in for what they need. Serious improvements are needed

Absolute shambles. NOTHING gets done right. The amount of times I need to call them to put things through correctly, even after I?ve been texted to say it?s ready! In my experience, they put through the most useless of the meds first! Asked for more of my opiate pain killers I can?t go without, received a text to say it?s ready, my partner picked up the script and it was my bloody antihistamines! Like, what the hell?! Just off the phone with them because a very similar thing just happened, for like the 10th time in a few months. Absolutely beyond a joke and would have a better experience if monkeys were putting the stuff through. The lack of attention they pay when giving out people?s medication is unreal. They?re beyond pathetic at their jobs. More understandable when it?s busy, but still not ok! Even when it?s dead, they stand about and chat, like we?ve got all the time in the world to wait on them doing their jobs at snails pace. -100 stars. Pathetically bad pharmacy.

Love keeping your prescription for as long as they can. Used to get text messages when it was ready but I think the contract on their phone has run out.

This place has been getting rapidly worse and today has really taken the biscuit. Nobody is interested in serving you. The staff only take one person at a time; previously they would serve 3 at a time to clear the queue and you were then given your prescription when it was found/ready. This results in very long, excruciatingly slow queues.Today I waited several minutes with one person in front of me - who had already been served and was just waiting to receive her prescription - only to eventually be told their "WiFi was down" so, despite there being 3 or 4 staff in the store pretending to be busy, "it would take too long to locate my prescription as there are too many places in the store it could be" and they "don't have enough time to find it without the WiFi". Utterly pathetic.I will now be using an alternative pharmacy as I'm fed up being messed around by the incompetent staff in this one.

So slow, has been for years but keeps getting worse.Go anywhere else if you can.Also closes when it wants. Opening times are incorrect.

Constant queues, with terrible service. I often have to wait close to an hour to be served. Went in asking for an over the counter medication, wasn't even told I'd have to wait, left standing for 20+ minutes, then given a different tablet which is not what I wanted. I was in a rush and given no updates to the fact they did not have the medication I requested and that they were going to give me something else that I did not want. Also went down for an important script and they told me it wasn't on the system. Refused to write emergency script, or call GP. Gp claims its on the system and that the pharmacy is at fault. All they needed to do was call the GP and they would have confirmed or done their job properly and checked the system as it was definitely on there. The staff member was rude and didn't care, despite this being very important medicine that I cannot just stop taking or risk a stroke or death

I came here for several years to collect repeat prescriptions.Recently, I changed to another pharmacy due to constant issues, starting mid 2022.Lost prescriptions, orders not submitted for items, prescriptions not ready when the SMS was sent saying collection was available, consistent attitude from one blonde female staff member to all customers, it just became tedious.The pharmacist with the beard always seemed to try his best, but he?s on his own in this place.
