Fantastic experience in dealing with Bensons in Hamilton. Store Manager is a credit to the business there. She is professional, knowledgable, friendly and very welcoming. It was for this reason we chose to deal with Bensons.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two single beds from Benson Beds, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with excellent customer service. A special shout-out to Cameron, the salesperson who assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the range of beds and took the time to understand my needs for my teenagers.
Cameron was very patient and guided me through the various options, explaining the pros and cons of each, which really helped me make an informed decision. His expertise made the process so much easier, and I felt confident in my choices. He even helped with recommendations on the best mattress for comfort and durability.
The beds themselves are fantastic quality, and my teenagers love them! I?m extremely satisfied with both the products and the overall customer service at Benson Beds. I highly recommend them, and Cameron in particular, from the hamilton branch if you?re in the market for new beds or furniture!

Got a very good deal on a new bed on Easter weekend during the sale. Very smooth purchase no issues. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be. Product was well packaged and great quality. We are very happy with Benson beds.

I got a great deal at Hamilton store from Alan for my extra firm sealy bed which unfortunately was too hard and uncomfortable (my fault) I used the 40 day comfort guarantee and within about 5 days I received my firm igel mattress as a replacement, more money but much better mattress for my arthritis. Alan and the manager went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase, I have already recommended the store to family.

Great experience and very friendly but not your typical salesman very informative, i have a sore back from my old matress so took me to a bed which could tell what matress would help me. I had 2 young children with me and Allan was amazing with them chatting away to them and was very patient espically since my boy has ADHD and Autism.
