“I made a purchase of jewellery and had an alteration to a chain length.I was greeted warmly by a friendly lady and when I picked up the chain a week later, was served by a nice gentleman.My only criticism would be that the shop looks tired and uninviting both inside and outside. It wouldn’t take much to spruce it up as they have beautiful stock to display.The only reason I went in was because I am committed to shopping locally to keep quaint shops like Graham’s on our high streets.”
