Year after year, spending hour after hour trawling through websites to search for the best deals and suitable- flights, dates, prices, I decided to go back to the ?old fashioned? method of booking a holiday. So glad I did. John and co at Elite found us a fantastic deal which was a total box ticker and absolutely stress free! Will NOT go back to looking myself.

Superb service from John and Jeanette. Were available for us on New Years Eve when covid travel rules in Dubai changed at short notice, a crisis quickly turned into a trouble free return home.Can't recommend highly enough, personal service by a local team who really care and who will go the extra mile for you. I won't go anywhere else now.

Huge thanks to john and his team for looking after our Christmas 2021 family holiday to Mauritius.
The value of using a local agent with a personal touch has never been clearer.
John was contactable on a public holiday when covid rule changes looked like affecting our trip home. Calm heads turned a crisis into a routine journey.

Personally I have used many travel agencies over the last 40 years, and none come close to the personal approach by John and his team. He treats you like a person, not a number, something that the big companies could learn from!? He goes the extra mile no matter if it is a day trip or a family holiday abroad, and nothing is too much trouble to him. Cannot recommend EWTA highly enough - East Lothian's #1Travel agency.
