The store is a mess. Stuff all over the place especially in the chiller cabinets. It's like they sprayed the goods around rather than stack it. If this is they're shop front what is going on out of sight?

I find the store in Haddington is now very untidy and looks so chaotic. Shelves are empty and dirty, the old store was well presented and had stock what?s happened ?????? Tranent store is large but clean tidy and well stocked so it can?t be because it?s bigger

Lack of self service makes it quite frustrating to stand in line with 3 items, they also rarely seem to have Oat milk at this specific Aldi, other Aldís have fill shelves of it

The usual for months, empty shelves, especially fresh produce, the whole store is so untidy. Not the dame as ut used to be. And absolutely freezing inside. Certainly not the same as it used to be. I used to shop in Aldi all the time, but now I shop in various supermarkets. ALDI going downhill.

I preferred Aldi when it was over the bridge, Aldi is bigger now but in the new shop if you come in in the evening a lot of the shelves are empty, the staff do not really acknowledge you and seem to be chatting on a headset all the time, all they can say on the till is "cash or card" as they push your shopping at you as fast as they can and do not have any customer skills whatsoever, the ques are longer now as well, so bigger shop comes at a cost especially to the poorer people in the Nungate area. Progress? Possibly not.

Canny beat Aldi for steak. We buy our dairy, meat and veg from here. Boneless chicken for our dogs too. Always well stocked and lovley staff.
