One of the worst pharmacies I've ever known! Firstly always queues out to the door, they send you messages saying your items are ready then when you travel down either they "owe you" items or can't find your prescription. I've had to travel 4 times to collect all the items from one prescription. They don't keep a stock of even the basics so you end up waiting for even the simplest prescription. In a small place with limited services we need a good pharmacy, unfortunately we have this shower?

Just went in to get something from the pharmacist and refused... travelling home to Glasgow with a 3 year old in the car and she wouldn?t speak to me. After explaining that I had already called my doctor who referred me to a chemist.... I heard her say, from her office, ?what does she expect me to do?... charming! I was polite initially but not after I heard that! So off I go back gone to Glasgow (after travelling up from England) where I will be too late for my chemist. So I will need to be in pain for another day and wait to see my chemist tomorrow.

Long before COVID 19, this pharmacy was inefficient, it now leaves vulnerable without much needed medication.

I won't use this outlet ever again they gave me the wrong medication respect from me i owe no one I did not want my money back I wanted the proper medication. Just as well I have bigger fish to fry and I will from this day respect no one. Respect you have to earn it piss on me we will soon see.

I have been a regular user of this pharmacy since I moved to nearby Springfield in 1999. Seventeen years on I still use GRETNA Pharmacy despite there being plenty of alternatives in the area. I like the way that I am treated, the professional and friendly staff, and believe that it is important to support local business, particularly when they get it right constantly. Here's to the service for the next seventeen years. Thanks, ladies, for getting it right constantly.
