This Trespass store at Gretna Gateway is brilliant. Lots of nice jackets at reasonable prices and the staff are amazing. I bought a jacket recently but decided to return it as it was a bit tight. The next size wasn?t available when I looked but the lovely lady found me one. I was so pleased as I really liked the jacket. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. A credit to the Company. Thank you.

A nice shop.Plenty of products, plenty of discounts too.Men's, womens and children wear.Even a doggy clothes area too.My dog was allowed to try a jacket on, despite it not fitting he was still allowed to prance in front of the mirror!Hiking and camping section too.2 door entrance.Dogs are allowed in store.I find the staff to be helpful and happy.I recommend visiting this store for some quality bargains to be had.

The most rudest women in my life, walked in with my girlfriend looking for hiking gear and while i was trying to whisper something in her ear i was told to "get a room" and then ordered to leave the store, i will not be coming back in sadly.Edit* as the reply pretty much sums up the the lady at this store, it looked like i was being intimate as i was very close to her face joking around but we 100% were not and probably would of explained ourselves if not for that very loud and very rude comment left by the very very rude lady and by the looks of past reviews im not the only one with issues against this person sadly. We left post haste as to be fair we werent wearing masks as we were not aware that scotland rules were different as we dont live locally but as we left the the store she went to have talk to the other about us like a very imature young child. Definately needs to act her age.

Good range of outdoor and camping type equipment at reasonable prices. Conveniently located in the Gretna outlet village with good access, free parking etc. Their own branded equipment, whilst not as trendy as some of the big brand competitors, certainly offers good value for money (especially for those people who are only doing light outdoor type activities or infrequent users)

Trespass is the best budget kit you could ever ask for. I have looked at other brands, and always come back to Trespass. You pay for reasonably priced goods without the massive "brand name" price hike.

Horrible staff, jacket bought was too small, refused return as they claimed a sale tag was missing, jacket wasn't in the sale in the first place. Had to go to head office for a refund and apology. Manager is horribly rude
