worse store I have ever seen, you buy things, you don't open them from the packaging, they don't want to exchange you for a different size, don't buy in this store in Gratna, the worst What is there in all of England.I left it on the counter for them to take away because I won't be carrying it anyway.

Appalling after-sales service. We passed through the Outlet Village as part of a wider journey. At Sports Direct (where we made a purchase) we forgot our daughter's raincoat. We only realised this later in the day, when we were some distance away. Impossible to get hold of someone at the store directly to determine if we could arrange for this to be posted to us. Several DMs to their Twitter account over a week go unanswered. Absolutely avoid.

To be honest, the prices are no cheaper here than any other sports direct, perhaps even more expensive on some things but I must admit the customer service I received here is by far the best I have ever received whilst in a sports direct store. Maybe because the staff here aren't all pubescent school kids???

Absolute shambles of a shop. Bought 3 pairs of school shoes and tried to return one pair less than an hour later, I was told I could only have a credit note or swap, which I would have been happy with had there been a suitable alternative however I was expected to pay another £15 to subsidise the credit note to get anything similar. The staff literally ganged up behind the till and we're very intimidating. The manager told me i would make him loose his job if I insisted on a refund and his colleague told me I was not in any right to ask for a card refund. I was under the impression that a credit note or swap was only an alternative to a full refund (on an unworn, still boxed item) if there was a suitable and similar value alternative?
Anyhoo for whatever reason I got a refund, the shoes were thrown across the floor in a temper, the receipt was flicked in the direction of me and my 7 year old girl,and I was thanked for loosing the guy his job (a tad dramatic given the circumstances I feel)
So don't try to be refunded in a Sports Direct shop. They only issue credit notes or swaps.
