Order by app why this is taking out the atmosphere no staff interaction. This may be the future to keep cost down but I want people to take my order & delivery it.

Its ok if your in a rush not if you want lots to order as there's always a big que as yesterday I was going to pick up a sandwich but someone was stood right behind me so ended up just getting a drink.
