If I could give zero I would. 4 members of staff behind the counter, 3 kept talking & looking over & then carried on talking, and was then told it wasn't ready even though they had it for nearly a week.

Couldnt let me have my precription today as no pharmacist which is a disgrace. I had to go to a different pharmacy for emergency prescription.This is not the first time this has happened.

Was told by text my prescription was ready, walk up hill to get it, only to be told some items not ready, pharmacist said they are in a queue & would be ready later on today, I am clearly disabled, so coming back wasn't an option , this shop needs a full time pharmacist & not a fill in who is too busy serving the front counter, - not filling prescriptions - in need of some training to deal with customers or you're going to lose regular customers who have been with you for years

Hi my experience with well pharmacy was to wait outside for 20 minutes and then be told to come back after lunch(1hr) then I returned and was told my medication will be made up later, this is Friday, my quest started at 12.40 after returning they have wasted around 2 hours of my time up to now, as an essential worker and being in work clothes they should have been able to see that and I still don't have my medicine, maybe they should replace the cretin behind the counter, Watch out for my next post when I return on Monday
